Smart Fitness Center for Children .. About the project >> A smart sports hall for children, in order to involve the child in general in the various activities to help develop physical, mental and educational capabilities in addition to the entertainment aspects of children. : These activities help to complete the educational cycle of the child, which reflects positively on his personality and his way of expressing himself, emptying negative energies, overcoming lack of movement and stimulating positive energies in children. Our children's fitness classes will be designed to build children's confidence before their fitness, and the classes consist of fun obstacle courses and fitness games designed to improve children's coordination, mental focus, and cultivate self-confidence, stability, strength, and speed. Also during the course, we will measure and track children's performance and encourage them to compete with themselves and break their previous records in each chapter
